Biography
Weston practices in the area of Workers' Compensation and is a Certified Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu. Prior to joining Taylor & Associates, Weston was a trial attorney in private practice before he joined the Industrial Commission of Arizona as a staff attorney where he handled workers' compensation claims and OSHA prosecutions. He is a peer reviewed attorney in Martindale-Hubbell and is also licensed to practice in California. Weston handles workers' compensation claims in Tucson, Casa Grande, and Phoenix. He is an avid squash competitor and adventure seeker. He was married in Greece and honeymooned in Egypt. He has summitted Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Whitney and Mount Rainier. He has trekked to Machu Picchu and descended Mount Rainier's snow field on a snowboard.
